Ten years ago, we opened our first Pho37 in the community of Steveston, driven by a passion for sharing authentic Vietnamese cuisine. With every bowl of Pho crafted from scratch, we aimed to create a warm space for families and friends to gather. 

As our love for food resonated, we expanded to Capstan in Richmond and Robson in Vancouver. Each new location came with its own challenges, but we persevered, learning and growing along the way. Every dish reflects the traditions we’re proud to share—slow‑simmered broths, vibrant herbs, and recipes passed down through generations.
