We opened our first restaurant in Richmond back in 2014, and have since grown into a small family of Vietnamese restaurants across Metro Vancouver. We’re known for rich, slow-simmered broth, generous portions, and quick, friendly service. Whether it’s your first bowl or your hundredth, we want it to taste like home.
It’s our signature: the Number 37, also known as Tuan’s Special Beef Noodle Soup. It uses deep-fried beef for a smoky depth you won’t find in a standard bowl — and it’s the dish people keep coming back for.
Plenty. Alongside our beef and chicken pho, we serve vermicelli bowls, rice plates, and a full lineup of rolls and appetizers — spring rolls, shrimp salad rolls, chicken and pork brochettes, minced shrimp on sugarcane, and grilled beef short ribs. Finish with a Vietnamese coffee or a dessert.
Yes — we have a vegetarian soup base, so you can enjoy a meat-free bowl of pho with us, plus other veggie-friendly dishes. Our servers know the menu best, so let them know you’re eating vegetarian and they’ll point you to the right options.

We welcome both walk-ins and reservations! For groups of 4 or fewer, just come in, and we’ll get you seated — though there may be a short wait. For groups of 5 or more, please make sure your entire party has arrived before we can seat you. Planning a large gathering? We recommend calling your local location ahead of time.
Very. We seat families, friends, and big tables, and our service is quick — so you’re never waiting long for a hot bowl, even with a crowd.
We don’t serve alcohol — we keep things simple and focused on great pho. To round out your meal, we’ve got Vietnamese coffee, refreshing drinks, and dessert.
Yes — all of our pho travels well. Call ahead or order at the counter and we’ll have it ready for you.
